Cleanings
Your home is cleaned after every guest and put back in excellent condition. We will source cleaners ourselves and ensure that the relationship is taken care of. We also ensure the property is deep cleaned once a quarter.
Legal Compliance & Risk Management
We stay up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations to ensure that your property is protected. We also provide risk management services to help minimize potential liability.
Amenity Replacement
In the case where toiletries and household items run low, we replace them so guests continue to be prepared and happy during their stay.
Maintenance Scheduling
We have on call handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc. we work with to ensure it's taken care of quickly. We'll be sure to tell you right away should anything happen and invoice for any repairs made.
Others
We handle any issues that arise from guests. We will notify you if there is something our team can't take care of.
