Our STR Property Management Services

We will help schedule a great local photographer to take professional listing photos of the property once the home is ready to be listed!

We hire, schedule, and manage the cleaning services. Guest's stays range from 3-4 nights so the home will be cleaned multiple times a month. We also schedule quarterly 'deep cleans' and provide tax documents for the cleaners at the end of the year.

If any maintenance issues arise we will communicate that to you, the homeowners, and schedule professionals as needed. Lawn maintenance and other ongoing maintenance needs, such as a hot tub or pool, we will also discuss prior to signing the agreement.

We also keep up with any additional toiletries, goods, amenities, etc. that make the guest's stay extra special.

We make sure guests are completely vetted before staying in your home. We have a series of questions we ask before accepting any reservation, make sure their identification is verified, check out past reviews and ensure they understand and comply with all agreed-upon house rules. 

We offer a guided consultation to help homeowners understand what guests expect out of their stay. This includes potentially swapping out furniture, updating appliances, adding some art or landscaping, etc. While not always necessary, we find this piece is crucial for 5 star reviews. We also work with interior designers and stagers to help obtain maximum profitability.

We will ensure that the best security measures are set up prior to our first bookings. This includes automated smart locks so the check-in process is seamless for our guests as well as outdoor security cameras and indoor noise monitoring (if applicable).
